Winners in “Art In Agriculture”
Photo Contest

A dramatic panorama of onions in the black dirt with Mount Adam and Mount Eve in the background, taken by retired police captain Robert Breese of Pine Island, won the popular vote in the “Art in Agriculture” photo contest run by the Pine Island Chamber of Commerce. About 60 photographs of the black dirt region were submitted by local photographers for the contest, held during Summer Fest last weekend. Summer Fest was organized by the PLAV (Post 16) and the Pine Island Fire Department.
